Walkers Cottage, near Perranporth, is a comfortable cottage in a quiet location ideal for exploring the beautiful north Cornish coast.  Set on a bridleway which gives direct access to Perranporth on foot in about 30 minutes while avoiding the roads.  Being just four miles off the A30 'backbone' of Cornwall also makes the rest of this picturesque county easily accessible by car.

Entered into the lounge which has a lovely slate floor, comfortable seating and TV with DVD and freeview. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dining table with four chairs.

Upstairs is the main double bedroom with 5' king-size double bed and plenty of drawer space. The shower room has a cubicle with electric shower over, toilet and handbasin. Head room is slightly restricted in places due to the angle of the roof.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity and gas. Heating throughout is by electric radiators. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per dog per week.  Smoking outside only please.
