Located within easy walking distance of Bude town centre, Summerleaze is a popular family and surfing beach The Cornish village of Bude sits on the county boarder and most major villages, towns and attractions are within an hour’s drive.
One of the main beaches in Bude is Summerlease beach. Summerlease is a large golden sandy beach which has an adjoining car park, offering level access to the beach. The beach also provides many facilities such as Bude RNLI lifeboat station, public toilets and a beach office where the sand wheelchairs and beach huts can be hired.
Overlooking the beach in Bude is a popular cafe, which doubles up in the evening as a lively resort. The coastal scenery surrounding the beach areas is stunning and there is an abundant of cliff top walks for the dedicated walker.
