Rock is a village that can be found on the North Coast of Cornwall and is located across from the Camel Estuary from the fishing town of Padstow.

Rock provides many activites for those interested in water based activites,which includes; fishing trips, windsurfing, canoeing, water skilling and sailing. There is a regular foot ferry across to Padstow during daylight hours and a water taxi is available for those wishing to stay out late.

A few miles from Rock and within easy access is the surfing beach at Polzeath. Also nearby are the unspoilt fishing villages of Port Quin, Port Gaverne and Port Isaac.
