The cottage offers comfortable and cosy accommodation, having been refurbished throughout to a very high standard, with much careful attention to detail. The accommodation is arranged over three storeys, with an open-plan ground floor kitchen/dining area and lounge. The well-fitted kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also an automatic washer/dryer located in the ground floor lobby. Antique pine table and chairs in the dining area, and three-piece suite, flatscreen digital TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/Cassette player in lounge, with French doors to the enclosed garden and patio. Garden furniture is provided.

Door off the lounge accesses the stairs (with storage area for books and games) to the first floor landing. Single bedroom with distant sea views towards St Michael's Mount. Double bedroom with views of Mullion cliff and the Cove. Shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and handbasin. On the second floor, the third bedroom has twin beds and again with sea views of Mullion cliff and the Cove.

The delightful main bathroom is on the ground floor, having bath with shower over, toilet and handbasin.

Rental includes electricity, night storage heating, bedlinen, travel cot and high chair if required. Off-road parking for two cars. You are requested not to smoke inside the cottage please.
