Fitted kitchen includes gas hobs with electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and serving hatch to the lounge/diner. Lounge/dining room with picture window, stunning sea views, large sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and electric fire in the stone fireplace. Double bedroom, with sea views has a double 4'6” bed and space for cot (cot and high chair included in rental if required please advise us when booking), large pine combi wardrobe and chest of drawers. Small twin bedroom with two, 3' single beds and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with handbasin, bath with power shower over and shower screen, toilet and heated towel rail. Cloakroom with separate toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Sunroom off the hall leads to the excellent garden with patio table and chairs. The gardens, mainly lawns and shrubs are to three sides of the property.

Rental includes heating, electricity, towels and bedlinen. No smoking requested at this property. Off-road parking area for three cars in garden. Steep driveway to the bungalow - care needed on approach. Payphone. This property accepts two or possibly more dogs by prior arrangement.
