Dene House is a large comfortable semi-detached property, which has been tastefully converted from a 19th century chapel. It is only a few minutes walk from Church Cove and the Lizard village, which has a general store, post office, restaurant, public house, famous pasty shop and local Lizard stoneware workshops. It is also within walking distance of Housel Bay and the most southerly point. Other sandy beaches close by are picturesque Kynance Cove and Kennack Sands. The footpath next to Dene House leads to Cadgwith Cove (approx one and a half miles).

Entrance porch to hallway from which is a dual aspect, sunny lounge with electric stove fire and beamed ceiling, two large sofas, easy chair and pouffe, coffee tables, colour TV, Digital Freeview, DVD, Video recorder and a selection of dvds and videos. The dining room also with beamed ceiling and ornamental fireplace, including Digital TV, music system, pine dining table and chairs and a selection of games. Leading from the dining room is a well-equipped fitted kitchen including electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen is a separate utility room with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and combination boiler, which heats the hot water and the central heating. Also downstairs is a shower room with electric shower, second toilet and handbasin.
