Approximately four miles from the popular village of Mullion, five miles from the market town of Helston and eight miles to the most southerly point of England - Lizard Point. All rooms at the front of the cottage have views down and across the front garden and the kitchen looks out onto the enclosed rear garden.

The lounge, again with the original beamed ceiling, is comfortably furnished with three-piece suite, easy chair, coffee table, colour TV with freeview, Video, DVD and mini hi-fi system. The spacious fully fitted kitchen with flagged slate floor includes built-in cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The ground floor bathroom has a mixer shower over the bath, vanity unit and toilet. Stairs off dining room to the landing and three bedrooms plus a shower room.
