The property is only a few minutes from the creek side village of Porth Navas, not far from the unspoilt Helford river estuary and five miles from Falmouth, Cornwall.
Stairs lead to No. 4, a first floor apartment, with entrance hall, lounge/dining room with bay window looking out across the gardens with sofa and easy chairs, pine table and dining chairs, colour TV, DVD and CD player. The well equipped kitchen includes electric cooker with ceramic top, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The most attractive master bedroom, well furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with electric power shower over, toilet, handbasin, shaver socket and heated towel rail.

Gardens are beautiful, watch out for the tortoise he eats the keys to the property!!!! so you have to hope that jean and ged are home to let you in
