A half mile walk will take you to the coastal footpath and Lizard Point with the very popular sandy beach of Kynance Cove a mile away by foot or just a couple of minutes by car.

Entered from the small front garden into the hallway with beamed ceiling and ceramic floor.  Off the hall is the cosy lounge with large inglenook fireplace (still with the original bread oven) and log burner. The beamed ceiling, stripped wood flooring and part exposed local stone walls give the room real character and warmth.  Furnished with two sofas, easy chair Freeview TV/Video, DVD player and Hi-fi.  Wifi broadband included in rental.  Lots of interesting books and DVDs are also provided for your convenience.

Kitchen/Dining Room, newly renovated, featuring fully equipped solid oak kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.  Spacious dining area with stripped wood flooring, beamed ceiling, oak dining table and chairs for six people.

Upstairs are the bedrooms and family bathroom.  The master en suite bedroom is spacious and has double (4'6") bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and radiator.  The en suite shower room has double size shower cubicle with electric shower over, matching toilet and handbasin.  Bedroom two, again with double 4'6" bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and radiator. The family bathroom has shower cubicle with electric shower over, matching handbasin and toilet.

Outside is a pretty, enclosed front garden with lawn and flower beds and off-road parking for one car. Garden furniture provided.  Rental includes electricity, heating and bedlinen. No Smoking requested at this property.  Additional bunk room available for children if requested.
