Comfortable lounge with three-seater and two-seater settees, 28"colour TV, video, DVD player and open fireplace (available October - April).  Separate dining room with light wood table, chairs and dresser, leading to large conservatory (rebuilt in 2009),  with cane  sofas, table and chairs.  Patio doors to the well presented rear garden with benches and summerhouse.  The summerhouse has a table and chairs, which can be used in the garden if required.  There is a BBQ area, please bring your own disposable BBQ.  Kitchen with washing machine, fridge, split-level cooker/hob and microwave. . (A further fridge/freezer and tumble dryer in the garage). There is a door to the conservatory.  The main bedroom with en suite shower room ((newly re-fitted in 2009)  has a 5' bed, white three-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table, views of the rear garden.  Bedroom two has a 4' 6" bed, white wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, two bedside tables and lamps, views of the front garden and sea glimpses.  Bedroom three has 3' bed, white three-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, view of front garden.  Main bathroom has bath, toilet and handbasin.  Heated towel rails in both bathrooms.

The nearby Polurrian Hotel leisure club with indoor pool and gym offers day membership for visitors for most of the year.

Off-road parking on driveway.  Cot not available but visitors can bring their own travel cot.  Heating via night storage heaters (see note below) and electric panel heaters in all the rooms, including conservatory.  Open fire available October - April.   First basket of logs and coal provided.  No Smoking requested at this property

A £25 per week heating supplement applies to bookings in this property between 1 January 2011 and 30 April 2011 and between 1 October 2011 and 28 April 2012.

Electricity, night storage heating and bedlinen included in rental.  This is an ideal property to bring your bike or walking shoes and explore the Lizard Peninsula.
