Lounge with comfortable seating for ten persons plus additional seating in the bay window, includes TV/Video, modern gas fire, bookshelves and chest. Fully tiled bathroom with kidney shaped bath, vanity unit, toilet and heated towel rail.  Bedroom one with 4’6” double bed, pine furniture, handbasin and patio doors leading out onto a second patio. Bedroom two with 4’6” double bed, fitted wardrobe and en suite with shower, handbasin and toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom three has a 4’6” double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and settee. Bedroom four has a king-size bed, two 3' single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Two dogs are accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per week per dog.
