252 - Cargey Cottage - Kennack

Originally built a Crofters' cottage in 1760, Cargey Cottage has been fully restored into a modern, contemporary two bedroom holiday accommodation. Annexed to the main house but with its own private entrance, off-road car parking, decking area and garden, and even a secure parking area for a boat, Cargey Cottage is less than a mile from the gorgeous family beach at Kennack Sands and makes a wonderful location for a family holiday.

Entered into the bright, comfortable Lounge, with seating for four people, contemporary flame effect electric fire, Freeview 32" LCD TV and DVD player and dining table and chairs. Modern and fully equipped Kitchen has electric oven and hob with extractor over, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and CD/Stereo system. The Shower Room is fully tiled and has matching toilet, basin and corner shower cubicle with powerful electric shower over and heated towel rail.

Bedroom one has 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, wardrobe and LCD TV & DVD player. Bedroom two has 3', full size top bunk and 4'6" bottom bunk giving the opportunity to sleep adults or children comfortably, wardrobe, video player and drawer unit. (The bedrooms cannot accommodate a travel cot).

Outside is an enclosed lawned area, split level decked patio with table and chairs, and garden lights.  A lovely place for a BBQ (gas BBQ provided with gas included).  There is a small garden shed with a tumble dryer inside for your own use.

The "Stargazey" pool is a Hot Tub Spa and sundeck.  Relax after a long day, and share special moments with family and friends.  It can seat up to 4 adults, and has 33 variable soothing jets to relax those aching muscles.  LED coloured lighting and music piped through from the CD player in the lounge sets the atmosphere for a moonlit soak in the warm swirling water, fantastic for star gazing on a clear night.

The Hot Tub Spa is offered as an optional extra at £60 per week payable on arrival to the owners.  If you require the use of the Hot Tub, please advise in advance when booking with Cornish Cottages or contact the owners direct.

Rental includes bedlinen & electricity. Heating is by electric panel heaters. You are politely requested to smoke outside and we regret no pets.
