'The Barn' is a semi-detached barn conversion with open beamed ceilings situated on the outskirts of Kuggar village and within walking distance of the sandy beaches at Kennack Sands. Lizard village and Mullion village are both about five miles away.
The property is reverse level to take advantage of the lovely rural views. Night storage heating throughout, with open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, delightfully furnished to a high standard. Lounge area has a settee and two easy chairs, coffee table, modern log effect electric fire, wide-screen TV, Video and DVD player. The kitchen/dining area has a table and four chairs, range style electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is a tumble dryer located in the cupboard under the stairs. The three bedrooms, one double and two single, all have pine wardrobes and drawer space. The double room being the master bedroom has an en suite shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. French doors leading out onto the patio. The main bathroom has bath, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. One of the single bedrooms also has French doors out onto the patio.
The patio with table and chairs is sheltered by a wall, with steps leading to the large enclosed rear garden. Parking for up to three cars. Electricity, bedlinen, travel cot (please bring your own linen), high chair and heating all included in the rental. This property will accept two dogs by prior arrangement at £25 per dog per week.
Peaceful location, very handy for Kennack Sands Beach. Property is spacious providing a large living area and three good bedrooms on the ground floor. Large secure well maintained garden. We had a very enjoyable two weeks in this property and would certainly use the location again. Thanks for a good holiday Cornish Cottages.
