On the ground floor you have three bedrooms; bedroom two has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe. Bedroom three has twin beds, built-in wardrobe and en suite shower room. Bedroom four has twin 3' beds that can be linked to make a 6' double (please state requirement when booking). Family shower room with large double shower, two handbasins, toilet and Sauna Room with built-in benches and coals (Please observe all safety instructions). Utility room which houses the boiler, tumble dryer and additional freezer. First floor Galleried landing with exposed wood flooring.
Sitting room has a triple aspect with delightful views of Cadgwith Cove and comfortable seating, TV, DVD and Sky. Large games chest and fireplace with gas fire. French doors open onto the south facing paved terrace leading to the rear garden. Exposed beamed ceiling, wood floors and Juliet balcony looking down onto the reception hall. Very well-equipped kitchen with tiled floor, beamed ceiling, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, microwave and French doors opening onto the south facing paved terrace. Dining hall is with wood floors and exposed beams, dining table and chairs. Bathroom with corner spa bath with shower mixer tap, double shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and handbasin. Bedroom one with king-size bed, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe.
Outside is a wide driveway giving access to the garage and the steps leading to the front door. The garden to the front of the property is laid to lawn with a pedestrian gate to one side of the garage leading to the rear garden. Large paved patio to the south elevation with access to both the kitchen and sitting room with beautiful views of Cadgwith Cove. The garden rises quite steeply (take care) and has been landscaped with terraces. No smoking requested inside this property please. Rental includes bedlinen, internet access, electricity, gas, central heating and towels. Max of two dogs accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per week per dog. Extra, midweek cleaning can be arranged (subject to availability) at £30 per visit. Must be booked and paid for at time of booking the property. Two week bookings include a mid-stay full clean and linen change.
A £25 per week heating supplement applies to bookings in this property between 1 January 20101and 30 April 2011 and between 1 October 2011 and 28 April 2012.

Thank you for yet another fabulous holiday in cornwall. The waher was great, the views were even better and the accomodation was too good for words.
