'Enys View' at Kennack Sands, Cornwall is a brand new, spacious, detached property enjoying beautiful sea views. The famous Kennack Sands beach is only 500m away, with lifeguards on patrol during the summer months, a popular destination for surfers and families alike.

The house is reverse level to take advantage of the views and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Comfortably sleeping six in three bedrooms.

Approached from a sheltered entrance into a spacious hallway. The beautiful ash staircase leads directly to the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Floor to ceiling windows frame the wonderful panoramic views. A private balcony can be accessed from both rooms and catches the sunshine from early morning until sunset. The Lounge has comfortable seating for six people, large digital flat screen LCD TV (freeview) and DVD.  The Kitchen is large, fully equipped and modern. With fridge/ freezer, electric oven and 4-ring hob with extractor over, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the downstairs utility room. The Dining area boasts a large solid ash dining table with six chairs and looks out directly at passing ships. A play room or ‘den’ provides a great escape for children with settee, digital TV, DVD, Sony Playstation 2 and over 20 games! There is also  a separate shower room off, with fully tiled shower cubicle and matching toilet and handbasin.

Downstairs there are three large bedrooms and family sized bathroom. Bedroom one - a double en suite with sea views, 5’ king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe/drawers and dressing table.  The en suite shower room is spacious and has a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, matching toilet and handbasin with shaver point and mirror. Bedroom two - a double room with sea views,  4’6’’ double bed, bedside tables and lamps and wardrobe/drawers. Bedroom three - a large twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps, drawer unit and wardrobe. Family Bathroom – bath with mixer shower over, matching handbasin and toilet and a heated towel rail. There is also a garage for storing body boards, wetsuits etc and also has a ping pong table for your enjoyment.

To the front of the property is a driveway with parking easily for three cars. At the rear is a lawned garden. A BBQ and garden furniture is provided.  Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating and wireless internet connection. You are politely requested to smoke outside and we regret - no pets.
