083 - Little Barn - St Martin

Little Barn offers an ideal setting for any couple to have a peaceful, relaxed holiday in the solitude of a secluded farm. Well suited for cyclists or walkers. Sailors would also appreciate the Helford River, which is 3.5 miles away, and temporary membership is available at the Sailing Club. It is also possible to hire boats at nearby St Anthony Cove.

'Little Barn' is self-contained and situated about a half mile out of Newtown St Martin, plus the many attractive beaches, coves and fishing villages of The Lizard Peninsula are easily accessible. Well away from the road, this is indeed a most peaceful setting.

The detached traditional stone built barn conversion is an open-plan cottage with a separate shower room. The lounge area utilises a good quality bed settee in addition to an easy chair and window seat, colour TV, DVD player, CD, Radio/Tape player and wood burning stove. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, including electric cooker, fridge and microwave. The shower room has a shower cubicle with electric shower, electric towel rail, handbasin and toilet. Rear door to garden and patio with garden table, chairs and BBQ. Logs provided for wood stove. Bedlinen, electricity and internet connection included in rental. You are requested to smoke outside. Off-road parking next to cottage.
