'Little An Skyber' is a quality barn conversion situated on what was once a working farm, on the edge of the picturesque wooded valley known as Gweek Drive. Half a mile from Mawgan village which has a shop/post office and pub, 1.5 miles from the creekside village of Gweek and five miles from the market town of Helston. The pine bedroom area includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Separate shower room with shower cubicle and electric shower, toilet and handbasin.

Own garden area with garden furniture. Off-road parking adjacent to the property. Bedlinen, electricity and oil fired central heating are included in the rental. Provisions can be provided for you on arrival and use of the owner’s washing machine and tumble dryer for visitors staying for two weeks - by arrangement with the owner. You are requested to smoke outside please.
