This centrally heated detached bungalow is set in gardens of approximately half an acre and is the ideal holiday location for a couple or family any time of the year. With just a short walk down to the shingle beach and the coastal footpath. Porthallow has an art gallery, and well renowned Five Pilchards pub (seasonal opening Easter to October). The bustling village of St. Keverne is a short drive from Porthallow and the market town of Helston is 16 miles away.

Fitted kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and serving hatch to the lounge/diner. Lounge/dining room with picture window, stunning sea views, large sofa, chair, dining table and chairs, TV, video, DVD player, radio/CD player and electric fire in the stone fireplace. Double bedroom, with sea views has a double 4'6'' bed and space for cot (cot and highchair included in rental if required please advise us when booking). Large pine combi wardrobe and chest of drawers. Small twin bedroom with two, 3' single beds and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with handbasin, bath with power shower over and shower screen, toilet and heated towel rail. Cloakroom with separate toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Rear porch leads to the excellent garden with patio table and chairs. The gardens, mainly lawns and shrubs are to three sides of the property.

Rental includes heating, electricity and bedlinen. No smoking requested at this property. Off-road parking area for three cars in garden. Steep driveway to the bungalow - care needed on approach. Payphone. This property accepts two or possible more dogs by prior arrangement.

Pedn-Tiere.Porthallow on 18/10/2008		This is the best equipped self catering property I have stayed in,and in a superb position, with a huge garden overlooking the cove.It was very clean and comfortable and an ideal base for touring the Lizard or just relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine!!!!Highly recommended if you are holidaying with your pooch as well.A real home from home,we had a great week there.
