The kitchen (restricted sea views) is fitted to a high standard with built-in oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and toaster. There is a utility room at the rear of the owner's garage for guests use, with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Drying line provided. Dining room (overlooking garden and with restricted sea views) with pine table and chairs, chest of drawers, cupboard and bookshelves. The bedroom (similar views to dining room) with double bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, dressing table, portable colour TV and clock radio. Bathroom with bath, toilet, handbasin and shaver point.

Night storage heating in lounge, kitchen and bathroom is included in the rent. Extra electric heaters in bedroom and dining room if required. Electricity via £1 coin meter. Owners live on site and no smoking requested at this property.

Trevaylor-Polurrian Cove on 20/09/2008		This apartment is truly lovely. It was comfortable, warm and quiet. Lovely views. It had all the conveniences of normal living. Perfectly placed for getting around the area and within walking distance of the pub.. The owners are very welcoming and we will make a point of booking again next year....
