224 - Lightning Ridge - Lizard


     
'Lightning Ridge' is a large annexe in a detached Victorian house standing on the bridleway in Lizard village. Sea views are available from almost every window and miles of spectacular cliff top walks are literally on your doorstep. There is also a private, lawned garden for your use with new garden furniture provided, and off-road parking for two cars. Lizard village with its well renowned 'Top House' pub and restaurant, general store and post office is just 200 metres away.

Entrance from side porch into kitchen. The Kitchen has a solid fuel burner, dining table for up to eight people, table-top dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge with sea views has comfy seating for six, TV, DVD player, open fire and piano/organ. Upstairs there is a Family Bathroom with electric shower over the bath and shaver socket, matching suite. Double Bedroom with 4'6" bed, good sea views, wardrobe unit with drawers below, bedside tables and lamps, sink with shaver socket above. Single Bedroom with 3' bed, bedside table, lamp and drawer unit. Double Bedroom with 4'6" double bed, sink with shaver socket above, bedside tables and lamps and wardrobe. Two-seater sofa in bay window with extensive sea views. Single Bedroom with 3' single bed, drawer unit and lamp. Separate toilet with washbasin. The hallway is lined with book-shelves stocked full of a variety of books for your use.

The property is family and pet friendly, simply furnished yet well-equipped, centrally heated and double-glazed. Rental includes electricity, heating, bedlinen and towels (bath and swim and dog).  This property accepts two dogs by prior arrangement at £25 per week per dog. Prior notice of babies required. Owners live on site. YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT TO SMOKE INSIDE THIS PROPERTY.
