'Woodlands' is a large, detached three bedroom bungalow in the creek-side village of Gweek, home of the famous Seal Sanctuary. With its well renowned pub The Gweek Inn and a convenience store within easy walking distance, Woodlands is also ideally positioned to explore the Lizard Peninsula and the south-west of Cornwall.

Entered into a large porch area with storage for coats and boots, and on through into the wide hallway. Lounge has two three seater settees, drawer unit and coffee table, laminate floor with hearth rug in front of the ornamental fireplace. Flat screen TV with DVD player incorporated and digibox, sliding doors to the back garden and step down to the dining area. Dining Area has table and seating for six with lovely rural views from the floor to ceiling windows. Kitchen has pine units, electric cooker with 4-ring hob and extractor over, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer dryer. Door through into the conservatory/breakfast room with breakfast bar and stools, door to the garden.

Both Double Bedrooms have pine 4'6" bed, bedside tables and lamps, a clock radio, drawer unit and wardrobe. Bunk Room has 3' bunk beds and drawer unit. Family Bathroom is fully tiled and has matching three piece suite and heated towel rail. Additional Shower Room has tiled floor, double size shower cubicle with electric shower, extractor fan and matching sink and toilet.

Outside there is a terraced garden to the rear and a large decked terrace with rural views to the side. A BBQ is provided for your use. The property is double-glazed and heated with storage radiators. Electricity and bedlinen are included in the rental. Strictly no smoking please.
