'Kariba’ is a spacious three bedroom detached bungalow enjoying beautiful sea views across Mounts Bay, St Michaels Mount and beyond. Set in an excellent location, with central heating, double glazing and the most wonderful panoramic views from the lounge, master bedroom and raised patio, which stretches the full length of the bungalow.  The very private enclosed rear garden gets the sunshine from lunchtime until sunset (which happens right in front of you).  Situated only a few minutes from the National Trust coast path, the sandy beach of Polurrian Cove is easily reachable by foot.

Entered into the hallway through a front porch.  Kitchen is large, fully equipped and modern.  With fridge/freezer, electric double oven and hob with extractor over. Washing machine and microwave.  At the other end of the kitchen is a large dining table with six chairs.  Lounge is large and bright, with big double-glazed doors opening directly onto the sun terrace with beautiful panoramic sea views, also with comfy seating for six people, wood burner, widescreen TV with ‘Freeview’, DVD player and recorder.

Bedroom one – a double bedroom with king-size bed, flat screen TV, glazed double doors opening directly onto the sun terrace, bedside tables and lamps, large built- in wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Bedroom two – a large twin room with 3’ single beds, bedside tables and lamps, drawer units and large wardrobe.  Bedroom three – a double room with 4’6” bed, bedside tables, lamps and built-in wardrobe.  An extra folding bed is available if required.  Family Bathroom – with matching bath, handbasin, toilet and bidet, mixer shower attachment and extractor.  Shower Room – with large shower cubicle, matching toilet and handbasin and extractor, electric towel rail.

To the front of the property is a driveway with parking easily for three cars.  At the rear is a secured, lawned garden with built-in BBQ.  Garden furniture is provided on the patio to allow al fresco dining, while watching the sea in all its moods.  Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating, hot water and first basket of logs for the fire (between October and April), a welcome tray with a selection of jam, marmalades, biscuits, tea, milk, coffee and fresh flowers.  You are politely requested to smoke outside and we regret – no pets. There is a high chair and cot available included in the rental (please request on booking).  Internet access is also available at Kariba.
