Ocean View has been finished to a very high standard. There is parking immediately to the front of the property for one car with additional parking available in front of the garage at the rear. This modern bungalow has a pretty private garden, in addition to the private garden there is an acre of lawned area which is shared, being part of a group of similar properties which is a private residence and in close proximity of the cove's hotel.
