286 - Sanderling - Mullion Cove

Situated in a small complex of 12 bungalows in a wonderful location on top of Mullion cliff. The coastal path is right on your doorstep and will take you along miles of cliff top walking in either direction. The village of Mullion is just 1200 metres away, with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The Mullion Cove Hotel is just 100 metres away with its Cove View bar and restaurant open to non-residents all year round.

Entered into the Lounge /Diner being simply yet comfortably furnished with dining table and chairs for four people and comfortable seating area, TV/VHS combi unit and DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave and electric cooker with 4-ring hob.

Twin Bedroom has two, 3' single beds, central drawer unit with lamp and double wardrobe. Double Bedroom has double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and drawers. Shower Room is newly fitted with matching toilet, handbasin with shaver point and mirror and separate shower cubicle with electric shower.

Outside 'Sanderling' has its own, south facing, raised decking area with garden furniture provided, own parking for one car and shares a very large (about an acre) lawn area where there is a BBQ area and benches from which to enjoy the fantastic sea and cliff views (see pictures)

Heating is by slimline electric convector heaters and rental includes bedlinen, electricity, cot and high chair if required. Laundry facilities are available in the shared laundry room. One dog accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Sorry, please smoke outside.
