'The Squeeze Box' is a well-equipped, one bedroom semi-detached property attached to a two hundred year old cottage a quarter mile level walk from Lizard village. Boasting sea views (between houses) from the bedroom, 6' super king-size bed or two, 3' singles if preferred, genuine Victorian spiral staircase and fully equipped kitchen.

Entered into the fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oak breakfast table and chairs. Through to the small lounge with two-seater settee, coffee table, TV and DVD. Off the lounge winds the Victorian spiral staircase, up to the landing with doors to: Bathroom, with electric shower over the bath, matching toilet and handbasin, heated towel rail. Bedroom (sea views between houses), with a 6' super king-size bed (mattresses can be un-zipped to provide two, 3' single beds if required, please advise at time of booking) bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and chair.

Outside there is a small patio area for your use with table and chairs.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels and electricity (see note below). Heating is by night storage in the lounge plus mini electric radiators in every room. Off-road parking is provided for one car. Please note that the spiral staircase is narrow and steep and may not be suitable unless you are fully mobile, if you are in any doubt please call us to discuss. You are requested to smoke outside please.  For your convenience the owners live on site with one other small letting property.

A £10 per week heating supplement applies to bookings in this property between 1 January 2011 and 30 April 2011 and between 1 October 2011 and 28 April 2012.
