Smuggler's Cottage is a delightful 16th century character cottage in the heart of Mullion village. With garage parking and easy, level access to all of the village amenities. Mullion Cove is just a mile away as are the beaches at Poldhu Cove and Polurrian Cove. Smuggler's Cottage is a very comfortable, convenient holiday home.

Entrance from the parking area, via the side lobby, accesses the well equipped kitchen, with electric oven and 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The roomy six-seater dining room leads to the comfortable lounge area with Freeview television and Video. Having exposed beams and large inglenook fireplace, the room has lots of character; there is even a 'priest's hole' in the inglenook where smugglers would hide their contraband to avoid detection! Also on the ground floor are a cloakroom with toilet and handbasin and a comfortable garden room with table and seating. A tiny backyard gives a useful boot and wetsuit washing and hanging area.

Upstairs are the bedrooms: a double room with 4'6" double bed, bedside shelves, lamps, chest of drawers and a deep cupboard wardrobe; a twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside table, lamps, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a shower. Also on the first floor is the family bathroom with matching toilet, handbasin and bath with power shower over.

Rental includes electricity and bedlinen. The property is double-glazed and centrally heated. Not suitable for children under ten. Regret no dogs and no smoking.
