St. Ruan Barn is a high quality, beautifully furnished, traditional Cornish barn conversion situated in the hamlet of St Ruan, just a ten minute stroll from the famous fishing cove of Cadgwith. Providing very comfortable accommodation for six people, large enclosed gardens and ample parking - St. Ruan Barn is a perfect location to enjoy a family holiday.

Entered into the large hallway with bedrooms off to the left and living area to the right. Bedroom one is a bright room with dual aspect having king-size 5' double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in double wardrobe and dressing table with stool and mirror. Bedroom two is another double room with double 4'6" bed, bedside tables and lamps, treble wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror. Bedroom three is a twin room with two, 3' single beds, central bedside table and lamp, double wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and chair.

The family bathroom has matching bath, toilet and handbasin with separate shower cubicle with electric shower.

From the hallway one step up takes you into the large lounge and dining area. Seating up to seven comfortably around the large coffee table. A widescreen TV, (which includes a 'Bose' DVD and sound system) and flame effect gas stove complete the lounge. To the kitchen end of the room is the large oval dining table with six chairs. The kitchen with utility area off is extremely well-equipped with built-in electric oven,  ceramic hob with extractor over, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and large Aga (not turned on). There is also a cloakroom with toilet and handbasin and plenty of space for boots and coats next to the back door.

Outside there are three terraced lawns with various seating available, there is also a shallow pond so children should be supervised at all times. Also a separate paved patio with BBQ provided (charcoal available locally).

Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, towels, central heating and cot and high chair if required, also broadband facility. Parking for two cars is provided on the ample driveway. Owners live in a detached barn on site. Regret no pets and no smoking.
