Situated on the cliff above Mullion Cove, No 3 Coastguard Cottages offers spectacular views of the coast and out to sea, particularly from the bedroom windows. The cottage offers very comfortable accommodation, having been refurbished throughout to a very high standard, with much careful attention to detail. 

The accommodation is arranged over three storeys, with an open-plan ground floor kitchen/dining area and lounge. The well-fitted kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also an automatic washer/dryer located in the ground floor lobby. Pine table and chairs in the dining area, comfy seating for six people, LCD TV and DVD player in the lounge, with French doors to the garden, electric stove heater to supplement night storage heating.  Garden furniture is provided.

Door off the lounge accesses the stairs to the first floor landing. Double bedroom with distant sea views towards St Michael's Mount, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and en suite facilities. Twin bedroom with two 3’ single beds, (one is a raised cabin bed), with views of Mullion Cove. On the second floor is a toilet with handbasin and the third bedroom, which has twin beds and spectacular sea views of Mullion Cove.

The delightful main bathroom is on the ground floor, having bath with shower over, toilet and handbasin.

Rental includes electricity, night storage heating, bedlinen, towels. Off-road adjacent parking for two cars. You are requested not to smoke inside the cottage please. One dog accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per week.
