315 - Cormorant - Mullion Cove

Situated in a small complex of 12 bungalows in a wonderful location on top of Mullion cliff, above the picturesque National Trust harbour. The coastal path is right on your doorstep and will take you along miles of cliff top walking in either direction. The village of Mullion is just one mile away, with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The Mullion Cove Hotel is just 100 metres away with its Cove View bar and restaurant open to non-residents all year round.

Cormorant was redecorated, refurnished and fitted with a contemporary new kitchen in 2009. 

You enter via the open-plan Lounge/Diner with maple flooring. There’s a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV/DVD player with Freeview. The dining table has seats for four people. The new Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (with freezer box), microwave, a fan oven/grill and a ceramic hob. Cormorant also has a special Tide Clock so you can pick the perfect time to visit the local beaches!

Both bedrooms are fully carpeted. The Double Bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The Twin Bedroom has a pair of 3’ single beds, bedside table and lamp, plus a wardrobe. The Shower Room is fitted with matching toilet and handbasin, shaver point, mirrors and shower cubicle with electric shower.

Outside, Cormorant has its own raised decking area with garden furniture. There is allocated parking for one car. Cormorant also shares a large (about an acre) private lawn area, which has a BBQ and benches from which to enjoy the fantastic sea and cliff views (see pictures).

Heating is by slimline electric convector heaters and rental includes bedlinen, towels and electricity. Pay as you go washer/dryer facilities are available in the shared laundry room. One dog accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Sorry, please smoke outside.
