'Kynance View', Lizard, Cornwall, was originally built in 1863 and has recently undergone a full refurbishment. It stands at the south-western end of Lizard village, with shops, pub, restaurants, famous pasty shop and recreation ground just a five minute walk away. The nearby south-west coastal path offers beautiful cliff top walking around the most southerly point and just a mile along the coast to Kynance Cove. The Helford river is a short drive, as is the Goonhilly Earth Station.

Entrance porch with shoe rack and coat hooks, leading through to the sitting room. With beamed ceiling, one three seater sofa, one, two seater sofa, coffee table, modern electric fire, sideboard, 32" LCD TV with Sky (Full Package), DVD and hi-fi. French doors lead out to the patio area. Kitchen/Diner with beamed ceiling and slate tiled floor, built-in fan oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, and microwave, large dining table and seating for six.

Upstairs is a family bathroom with tiled floor, matching toilet, handbasin and bath with shower attachment. Master (en suite) Bedroom with sea and coastal views towards Kynance Cove, king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. En suite has shower cubicle, toilet and handbasin. Bedroom two has sea views, twin beds, bedside table, lamp and a wardrobe. Bedroom three has a single bed, bedside table, lamp and a wardrobe.

Rental includes bedlinen, electricity and travel cot and highchair if required. Parking available outside for two cars. One dog by prior arrangement. No smoking.

Kynance View on 03/11/2008		Following our recent stay, we found a home from home - not a typical holiday let. Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, Kynance View provides a degree of comfort which should satisfy everyone, Situated a short walk from Lizard centre, the property affords far reaching views to the sea and beyond. Numerous grades of walk are literally on the doorstep - ideal for much needed exercise with or without man's best friend!
Susan Gibson Portsmouth on 22/06/2008		We loved this cottage ( and so did the dog). Fabulous location with foot paths right from the door to Kynance Cove and Cadgwith. Double glazed and wonderful central heating for out of season lets.
