Higher Bowgie is a delightful, detached barn conversion approached via a 400yard (smooth!) gravelled track from the road in Nantithet - a short drive from the beautiful beach at Poldhu Cove, Cornwall. Being reverse level to take advantage of the rural views, the character features and lawned gardens make Higher Bowgie a great location for a family holiday.

Entered from the decked patio area into the lounge or from the ground floor into the downstairs hallway. Lounge/Diner has beautiful vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, comfy seating for six people, electric flame effect fire, TV, VHS and DVD player. Dining table with six chairs. The open-plan kitchen is very well-equipped with electric oven and 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided in the utility area downstairs.

The bedrooms are downstairs and consist of: Double en suite bedroom with 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror over. The en suite has bath with electric shower over and matching handbasin and toilet. Twin Bedroom one has two full size single beds, bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers with mirror and a wardrobe. Twin Bedroom two has two full size single beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers with mirror and hanging space. Family shower room with shower cubicle and mixer shower, matching handbasin and toilet.

Outside there is a decking area (with garden furniture and a BBQ provided) leading to the two large lawns for your use. Car parking is provided adjacent for two/three cars. Property is centrally heated.

Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, heating, towels with cot and highchair provided if required. Regret no smoking and no pets.
