Stones-Throw is a newly constructed executive style four bedroom detached house in Mullion, Cornwall. Situated within walking distance to Mullion village and with easy access down to Polurrian beach via a bridleway. All mod cons are included like Sky+, plasma TV and wi-fi internet access.

Entered into the large and airy hallway with downstairs cloakroom and stairs off to the first floor. Straight through to the large, fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic floor and oak coloured units. With electric double oven and hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The separate utility room has sink unit, washing machine and vented tumble dryer. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a large wooden table with seating for seven people. Double doors lead out onto the large patio which gets the afternoon sun.

The lounge (sea views) has comfy seating for seven people, coffee table, 42" wall-mounted plasma TV, Sky+ (Basic package), DVD and VHS player.

Upstairs are four bedrooms (one en suite) and the family bathroom. Bedroom one (sea views) is a large king-size bedroom, with 5' bed, bedside tables and lamps, treble built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. En suite shower room is fully tiled and has double size cubicle, heated towel rail, matching handbasin and toilet.

Bedroom two has double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. Bedroom three (sea views) has twin 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps and built-in double wardrobe. Bedroom four has a single 3' bed, bedside table and lamp and built-in wardrobe. Family bathroom is fully tiled and has bath with mixer shower over, matching handbasin and toilet, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Outside is a driveway with parking for three cars. The rear garden is enclosed, with large patio (garden furniture provided) and the rest laid to lawn.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity, central heating, wi-fi access and Sky+ (basic package). This property will accept one dog by prior arrangement at £25 per week. No Smoking.

Hookways on 29/08/2008		From the 2008 Guest Book:- Lovely accommodation, very clean and well equipped. Only fault - shower too powerful in bathroom, water sprays everywhere! Kids loved the plasma TV and didn't want to go home! Recommend gala day down at Mullion Cove, kids had a great time.

We've had some lovely walks albeit in the rain. Can highy recommend evening ghost tour at Poldark Mine and thoroughly enjoyed fresh crab sandwiches at Cadgwith.

We have really enjoyed the beautiful beaches especially Kynance & Polurrian. The coffee shop and chocolate factory at Mullion Meadows are worth a visit and the cliffs over Mullion Cove make a great walk.
