The cottage is within easy walking distance of Lizard Point and the coastal footpath, or a short drive to Kynance Cove and the other sandy beaches found in the area. Its location makes this an ideal property for all year round holidays.

Entered from the courtyard into the large kitchen/diner. Being fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer and dining table and chairs for six people. Double doors lead to the spacious lounge, having comfy seating for six, coffee table, dresser, flat screen TV, DVD and Freeview, CD player and real flame effect electric fire. Patio doors lead out onto the rear patio.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and family bathroom. Spacious double room has 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, two double wardrobes and dressing table with drawer unit. Twin room has two, 3' single beds, bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom three has full size 3' bunk beds and a 'tall boy' cupboard with hanging space and drawers.

Family bathroom has ceramic floor, matching toilet, handbasin and bath with electric shower over. Heated towel rail.

Heating is by electric storage radiators throughout with additional electric heating in the lounge. Rental includes bedlinen and electricity. Regret no dogs and no smoking. Allocated off-road parking is available for one vehicle adjacent to the property. Extra parking is available nearby.
