The kitchen is very well equipped and has electric cooker and hob with extractor over,microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also a breakfast table and four chairs, television and radio CD player. The conservatory is off the kitchen and has a cane three piece suite and coffee table. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, shower-room, plus a separate toilet. Main bedroom has double bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. This room also benefits from a hand basin in the corner of the room. Twin bedroom with 3' single beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The childrens' bunk bedroom with bunk beds, bedside table and lamp, hanging rail and bookshelves with games and books. The main shower-room has an electric shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet next to this.

To the front of the property there is off road parking for two cars and road parking for another. At the rear of the property leading out from the conservatory is a good sized enclosed garden with gravelled seating area, garden table and 6 chairs, plus 2 sun loungers and a lawned area.

The Mays, Solihull on 03/11/2008		We had a fantastic week here. Thank you! The house is a "home from home" with everything you could need for your break, and a perfect base for exploring the area. We enjoyed the local beaches, went horse riding and did some lovely walks of the surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend a stay here, and we will be coming back!
