Glyn House is a large semi-detached Cornish bungalow, set in beautiful gardens just off a lane in St Ruan, Nr Cadgwith, Cornwall. Being just a 10 minute off-road walk to Cadgwith and with its quiet location and garden this is an ideal family destination.
 

From the small porch you enter the wide hallway with all rooms off.  The lounge is extremely spacious and has a big, south facing window onto the garden.  With comfortable seating for five, an ornamental fireplace, dresser unit and well-stocked bookshelves, there is also an extendable dining table with six chairs.  Large LCD TV with freeview and a DVD/VCR combi player.  Off the lounge is the kitchen, which although older in style is extremely well-equipped having fridge/ freezer, electric double oven cooker with 4-ring hob, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.  There is also a large broom cupboard and a pantry, as well as a back porch with space for boots and coats etc.
 

Bedroom one is a large double room with a 4'6'' double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large built-in wardrobe, chair, dressing table and mirror, handbasin with mirror and light over.  Bedroom two is a very large family room having a 4'6'' double bed and a full size 3' single bed, with bedside tables and lamps, large built-in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and chair and a large window to the garden.
 

The family bathroom has bath with electric shower over, matching toilet and sink with electric shaver point and light over, extractor fan.  There is also a separate toilet with handbasin.

 The property is centrally heated and rental includes bedlinen, electricity and heating as well as cot (linen not supplied) and high chair if required.  Outside is off-road parking for two cars and garden furniture is provided.  The owners live in the adjacent bungalow.  Regret no pets and No Smoking. It is only a 5 min walk to the shops and a 10 min walk to the cove.

A £25 per week heating supplement applies to bookings in this property between 2nd January 2010 to 1st May 2010 and 2nd October 2010 to 30th April 2011.
