Harbourside Cottage is the middle in a terrace of three properties on a private terrace that has the added benefit of not fronting directly onto a road. Entered into the lounge-diner the quality is apparent immediately. Comfortably furnished with a leather suite, large screen LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod dock, and a coffee table. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob with extractor over, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. There is a ground floor toilet off the kitchen and a door that leads to the small back patio with table and chairs provided.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one (fantastic sea views) has a 5’ King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. The en suite shower room has a double size shower cubicle with mixer shower over, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror and shaver point.
