378 - Tregonning - Breage

Located a couple of minutes off the A394 from Helston to Penzance, Tregonning and its sister cottage Godolphin (property 379) at Polladras near Breage, provide an excellent destination for a family holiday.  In a peaceful location down a country lane yet only about three miles from the famous beaches at Praa Sands on the South coast or seven miles from the beaches at Hayle, Godrevy and Gwithian on the North coast.

Tregonning and the almost identical Godolphin are adjacent to each other. They share a driveway and parking but each has its own lawn area, undercover area and pergola seating area outside.  Brick built bbq stand is also available.  Entered into a porch with space for coats and boots etc and then into the internal hallway.  The lounge/diner has a three-seater sofa and an armchair, LCD TV/DVD combi with freeview built-in and several DVDs provided.  The dining area has a dining table and four chairs.

A small but well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven with 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The shower room has a shower cubicle with electric shower, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror above and a heated towel radiator.

Bedroom one is a double room with 4’6’’ double bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging space and a shelf unit.  Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3’ single beds, bedside table and lamp, hanging space, shelf unit and full length mirror.

Rental includes bedlinen and electricity.  Heating is by wall mounted convector and storage radiators. Wifi connection is available which can be used for data but not for streaming videos.  Undercover area for 2 cycles and a washing machine is available.

Up to two small dogs can be accepted by prior arrangement at £25 per dog per week. Regret no smoking.
