‘Poppy’ is a brand new, beautifully appointed, cottage style holiday home.  Fully self-contained and with its own private garden complete with outside seating area, garden lighting and BBQ.  Fantastically positioned just a few minutes gentle stroll, either down the road or along the cliff path, to the quaint fishing village of Cadgwith.

Entered from the patio area through double doors into the open-plan downstairs living area.  Fully equipped kitchen has gas cooker with oven and 4-ring burner with extractor over, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.  The lounge area has comfortable seating for four people, coffee table, digital LCD TV with freeview and DVD player.  A dining table and four chairs complete the ground floor.

Upstairs is a large landing with built-in wardrobe that both bedrooms share.  Bedroom one has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers with mirror.  Bedroom two has full size (3’ wide) bunk beds and chest of drawers.  The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over with matching toilet and handbasin, heated towel rail and electric shaver point.

Set well off the lane there is adjacent parking for one vehicle and more can be arranged with prior notice.  Rental includes bedlinen, electricity and towels. One dog can be accepted with prior notice, at £25 per week.  Outside is plenty of space for games and a path leads from the grounds, over a brook and directly out to the coastal path near the ‘The Devils Frying Pan’.  The owners live adjacent in the main part of the house.  The garden area can be enclosed with the gate but young children should be supervised at all times due to the proximity of the stream.
