'The Palms' is a one bedroom centrally heated annex to the main bungalow - Rosemullyon situated only 200 metres from the centre of Mullion village yet hidden away just off the road to Poldhu Cove. The coves of Mullion, Polurrian and Poldhu are all approximately one mile from the property.

Approached via gated courtyard with garden table and chairs to own entrance porch. The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with easy chairs, coffee table, colour TV, DVD, Video and CD player, radiator and electric wall heater, dining table and chairs. The fitted kitchen area includes electric cooker, microwave and fridge.

The pine furnished bedroom has the benefit of twin 3' divan beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, radiator and electric wall heater. En suite shower room with shower cubicle having electric shower, toilet, handbasin and electric towel rail.

Own garden area including patio with garden furniture and rotary clothes line.

Electricity, central heating and bedlinen are included in the rental.

Off-road parking on driveway Owners live in main bungalow. You are requested to smoke outside please.
