Deep, sheltered valleys, ancient oak woodlands and an abundance of birds and wildlife surround the unspoilet river, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Trip.

Motor quietly amongst the yachts and fishing boats, meander up Frenchman's Creek and on to Tremaine Quay. Sit for a moment while listening to the birds sing and see the egrets, herons and other birdlife.

Venture down river, passing the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan then over to Helford village before returning into Port Navas to see the picturesque village and the oyster farm. On the way back chance your luck with a mackerel line if you like!
