St Austell Brewery has been brewing beer and real ale in Cornwall since 1851. The brewery has an interactive museum where you can learn about the fascinating story of their pubs, beers, wines, spirits and the families who created them over the years.
You will be able to walk through the Victorian Brewery and experience the whole brewing process- the brewery tour ends at Hicks Bars for some sampling of their award winning ales!
