Visit the island of St Michael’s Mount at Marazion in Cornwall. Discover legends, myths and learn about the islands amazing history.

However you decide to arrive, getting to the castle is an experience in itself. A cobbled walkway to the island meets the beach at Marazion where a legendary Cornish giant once walked. When the tide floods this pathway, small motor boats travel back and forth the short distance between the shore and the island.

There is a lot to see and do on the island; you can spend your time visiting the church, a medieval castle (home of the St Aubyn family for over 300 years), an exotic garden and an ancient harbour with shops, restaurants and audio-visual presentation on the history of the Mount.

Occasionally the boating operations may be affected by adverse weather and sea conditions.
