The Chocolate Box (Formerly 'Cadgwith') We came to relax and relax we did ! Perfect Cottage; perfect setting. Even saw the badger ! Thank you Nicola for such a friendly welcome. We will certainly return. Loved Poppy knocking at the door every day !

21/1/2012: We've completed another section of the SW Coast path - what a wonderful base to walk from. The cottage was a real Home from Home in a lovely location. Very welcoming after a days walk. We always say that we never go back to the same place twice but Haven Cottage might just change our minds! A very BIG thank you.

Another great week in the beautiful little "Chocolate Box" and with mostly good weather too ! Added highlight was seeing our first ever "lviing" badger - how wonderful ! Also pristine walks on the coastal footpath and a visit to St Mawes. Thank you once again Nicola for a perfect week. What a Place !!

We stayed at this lovely cottage in May 2011 and we would highly recommended it. The location was perfect, all ammenties on your door step. All rooms are light and spacious and very, very clean.We will definately be booking this cottage again.

Would just like to say a huge thankyou to Sue and family for accommodating us at short notice over the xmas break. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definatley be back around easter(hopefully).Sue will call you soon!
All that you need is there, she even put a few decorations up for us and our little ones! doesn't get much better than that.
I'm from the local area and would like to add that sometimes in hotels, B&B's etc you get information about the local ammenities and generally as a rule they are never as local as described.
Well look no further..... as they have nailed it here..

14th January - The Brown Family
Two grandsons over from Australia for their summer! holiday. Thank goodness the house was such a delight - squeaky clean - luxuriously comfortable and the best equiped holiday cottage in my many years experience. No chance to sunbathe on the balcony but plenty to entertain indoors - and a view to admire. Many thanks for the welcome and attention to detail.

A last minute "New Year" break led us to The Chocolate Box and my goodness what a find. A truly wonderful escape to celebrate the New Year and also being newly engaged. Thank you for everything !!! - your hospitality, your welcome and kindness throughout our stay. We have been nestled away here whilst the wind howled outside and some days the rain poured but it made it all the more cosy. The times we did make it out we explored anywhere and everywhere. Loved Cadgwith, Kynance Cove and the Mousehole Harbour lights made our start to 2012. What can we say other than .........."WE WILL BE BACK" :o) :o)

4/1/2012: All of us would like to say the cottage and the week's stay has been lovely. Although the weather hasn't been great - it has certainly been interesting, full force winds - beautiful seas, rain and storms - good book over cosy fires. Sunny days, good walks and touring. All of which has amounted to a really good break. Thank you.
