Great accommodation, perfect views, enjoyed walking in all directions and haven't had to use the rain gear once. Everyone should have a friendly dog like Poppy who visited regularly everyday.

Everything you would want for a quiet week away! Brea View is clean, modern & well equipped with fantastic views of the surrounding area. Our girls loved the open space and the horses. Neil & Emma were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, would thoroughly reccomend.

We've had a wonderful fortnight here and will definitely be back. The location is beautiful and the cottage well equiped with every mod-con to ensure the most comfortable of stays. 5 Star !

The cottage is in an wonderful setting lovely grounds, brilliant views and so near the sea.It is very well stocked - there is nothing missing at all, the kitchen has absolutely everything you would find in your own kitchen. The road up to it is very narrow but provided you drive past and reverse in there is no problem. The down side is the nearby Quarry can be noisy during the night and early morning.

Had plenty of fun on the beaches,clambered over the rocks and swam in the sea at Chapel Porth,Porthtowan and ,of course, Trevaunance Cove. All great! Driftwood Spars serves some great ale , so does Peterville Inn.....we liked the tapas too.Views from the Beacon are brilliant and Wheal Coates is so dramatic to visit - National Trust car park (free) is ideal for this and walking round St Agnes Head. We have just returned from our holiday in Cornwall and felt that we had to write to say how much we enjoyed staying at Cosy Nook in Mullion. Immediately upon our arrival the owners, Jackie and Richard, made us so welcome. The cottage was immaculate and had clearly been subject to a great deal of attentio to detail. It was very much a home from home. Set in a beautiful garden this cottage has stunning views over Mounts Bay towards Penzance. We enjoyed our visit so much we will be returning for another week in October.

Excellent location for a family or two with smaller kids. The cottage is located in a farm lane - very quiet and perfect for the kids, since we did not have to worry about traffic etc. Mullion is only a short walk, nice little village with a lovely pub! The cottage was lovely decorated and well equipped. We had some problems with the plumbing which was taken care by the key holders immediately after contacting them - thanks again! It was a perfect holiday and we would love to stay at Wireless Waves again!

We have spent a week at Pedn-Tiere in August for the last two years and have found the accommodation to be excellent. The views are spectacular and the cottage is very comfortable and well equiped. We have 2 kids 7 and 4 years old, they loved the gardens and are already asking to go back again next year!

Peaceful location, very handy for Kennack Sands Beach. Property is spacious providing a large living area and three good bedrooms on the ground floor. Large secure well maintained garden. Had a lovely week at Trehannah Cottage.It is very well equipped and confortable. Location is ideal for North and South coasts of Cornwall.Lovely coastal walks from Trevaunance Cove to Chapel Porth and onto to beach at Porthtowan.The Blue Bar at Porthtowan is a great location for a beer or a coffee.Our week has flown by despite the mixed weather,we would love to stay again sometime.Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cottage. My partner and I have just returned from a week at the above properly, and we found it superb. Beautifully furnished accomodation and well decorated with more than adequate facilities. The views from the flat are outstanding, and we enjoyed meals in the garden, overlooking the sea. The owner of the property was lovely, leaving really appeciated touches of welcome in the flat. (Milk, T-bags, cookies). Location for us was also great. We have recommended it to friends already and will be returning.

We had a wonderful week in early May 2009..... wonderful cottage, wonderful hosts, lovely location, beautiful gardens....... a new part of the peninsula to us, always having stayed on the west side before - now converted! Only one problem - having to go home!!

We stayed at the Round House for a week in July and could have easily stayed a lot longer. Beautiful views every morning in stunning Church Cove. Be aware, the road and the slipway are steep.

We stayed at Gwavas Vean 17th July - 24th July and had a really wonderful week. The house was lovely and we were fortunate enough to have nice weather for most of the week. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and having a glass of wine whilst the children played frisbee in the garden. Thank you for a lovely week.

We stayed at Dene House in 2005 when our youngest child was 2 years old and everything we needed was provided- now 5 years on we've come back and it is just as good, even better if thats possible. We loved the special touches of scones and cream left for the weary traveller and choccies on the pillows. The location is fab for all the coastal walks- Kynance is a MUST! And shiver me timbers over a game of Cornish Monopoly! Well done Dene House- we didn't want to come home xx See you next year.

Try The Mounts Bay Inn for great Food and Menu and excellent hospitality - Peter. Cwary Vean will always be on our Holiday Agenda - already booked again for next year.The LIzard is only 6 driving miles away so - CV could not be better placed for the whole location.

We have been to Chris and Cassie here 5 times now in 2 years. The Accomodation is just brilliant and so is Chris, he could not be more helpful and unobtrusive. Cwary Vean is spotless and spacious and a dream to stay in.Polurrian Cove is10 minutes walk away and without doubt the nicest beach in all of Cornwall. Mullion Village is again 10 minutes walk and has everything - try The Mounts Bay Inn for absolutely fabulous Food and Hospitality. Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Dene House. Lovely property very well situated for the Lizard Village and fabulous coastal walks. The house was excellent. Very clean and tidy with good facilities. We had to contact the owner because of a malfunctioning tap in the bathroom. She was very helpful and dealt with the matter very promptly... excellent service. She was nice to chat with on the phone and was most concerned that our holiday was not affected. When we arrived there were chocolates on the pillows and a welcoming cream tea which was a delight after a long journey. It was a very relaxing family holiday and we will certainly return again when the opportunity arises.

This is a delightful, quiet, centrally located property in a village that is completely unspoiled. I recommend it very highly.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this property, it had everything we needed and is situated perfectly in the village, the cream tea and flowers were a nice welcome and a quick call from the owner to make sure everything was ok was a nice touch.Coverack itself is a delightful village with plenty of amenaties and a great base for exploring South Cornwall.I would highly recomend the property.

We stopped in Carn Brea in May 2010. It was a brand new beautiful barn conversion set in farmland with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The owners, Emma and Neil were helpful and very welcoming when we arrived and throughout the stay. Very highly recommended and we'll certainly return again.

Breathtaking location and a gorgeous bungalow. Would recommend to all and hope to visit again soon. The bungalow was immaculate and a real home-from-home. Everything had been thought of and we were very comfortable.

Absolutely fabulous week, despite the weather! The property is beautifully finished and had everything we could possibly wish for, even down to a pint of milk in the fridge for when we arrived. We will most definitely be back!

WE HAVE JUST SPENT A WEEK IN THIS LOVELY HOUSE. THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL FOR US AS WE WALKED ALONG THE COAST BOTH WAYS, ENJOYING THE VIEWS AND THE BEACHES ALONG THE ROUTE. KNOWING THAT WE COULD RELAX WHEN WE GOT 'HOME' IN THIS LOVELY ACCOMODATION WAS A DELIGHT. CAN THOUOUGHLY RECOMEND STONEY HOUSE.

A very enjoyable stay in your comfortable and well equipped cottage. The website description did not do justice to the spaciousness of the reality! We loved the extra touches such as the flowers, biscuits, milk etc - thankyou for these. We particularly loved the wildlife in the area - rabbits and green woodpeckers on the lawns, weasel, stoat and fox in the lanes, fifty or so species of birds (without going bird watching!) and beautiful wild flowers everywhere. The cottage is lovely, very comfortable and well equipped. Good position and very clean. However, the bathroom is very dated, tiny and damp. The bed is not comfy and dips in the middle. The bed and bedroom also seemed damp.

The mattress is a quality make and only 12 months old, please see previous guests' comments particularly 22nd May 2010 and 5th October 2009. We have recently spent a week in this beautiful bungalow. The bungalow was very very well equipped and spotlessly clean.The views are magnifcent; in the whole week we saw 5 truly dramatic sunsets. The only thing missing was some good garden furniture but that didn't spoil our wonderful holiday there.

The cottage was absolutely lovely...clean, homely, really well equipped, tastefully decorated - we loved it! Garden is massive! We had a fanastic holiday staying there - and the tea and biscuits on arrival was a lovely touch!

Thank you for a lovely week. We cannot fault the apartment. Everything was as we would have wished it. The view is beautiful and could not be improved upon. The information in the apartment was very comprehensive and gave us ideas of places we wanted to visit. After a sunny and warm mid-summer holiday in Cornwall we leave 'Cosy Nook' unwillingly. We stayed at this property for two glorious sun filled weeks from 12/6/10 to 26/6/10. Our holiday was very relaxing with only the pheasants and the resident cat Monty to keep us company. Property was very clean and tidy and the owners Peter and Margaret were very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday in the woods.

Having sat down and mulled things over, we really can't think of anything that would have made our stay more confortable. Its all the little things that made it such a pleasure to stay here, like the the welcome tray which provided us with with a much needed cup of tea after a long journey. The flat is so well furnished with all the items nedded that it all makes for a very enjoyable holiday. Our second stay at Poltesco and for two weeks this time. Every day a lovely sunny one ! So peaceful and relaxing. Great coastal path runs and walks - we've booked for next year !

I loved every minute of our holiday. I missed my brother being here but I had Poppy to play with. Missed Millie too.

Pond Cottage is by far the best accomodation we have stayed in since coming to cornwall, the attention to detail is second to none. The pictures dont do the cottage justice, just the place to relax in the wonderful rural setting, overlooking the valley down to the sea, with views across to Falmouth, we have spent most evenings at the cottage just watching the plentiful wildlife, there are a couple of owls nesting in the grounds. The Five Pilchard pub is within walking distance and is recommended for its food and real ales

Our 2nd visit to the barn in successive years and we enjoyed it even more this time. It definately helped having a little bit of local knowledge which we'd like to share with you! It's a great base with great space for kids! Kennack Sands is definately our fave beach. It's more sheltered than the beaches on the west side of the peninsula. The coastal path walk from Poldhu Cove to Mullion Cove was great - about three and a half miles there and back, with a nice cream tea at Mullion. Got to cross Polurrian beach which was nice as it seemed to be inaccessible by normal means. On the down side were the prices - £11 for a cheeseburger at the Old Inn at Mullion seemed steep as did the £9.75 we were charged for a Tuna Mayo baguette at the Shipwrights Arms on the Helford estuary. Don't let this put you off a trip to Helford as it's lovely and we found out that the cafe at the car park does the job - it's a lovely setting as well! Penzance town was nice as was Falmouth (Pendennis). We're confidant we'll be back again next May. Have a great break! Steve & Jan, Matthew & Joe - SUTTON, SURREY. 29/5/2010.

Our first visit to the Lizard, what a wonderful holiday. The accomodation was spectacular, everything to feel home from home, the most well equipped ever. The rabbits bobbing around made us smile everyday and the location was central to everything. Trips to Falmouth, Mevagissey, Newquay and Perranporth didn't disappoint and of course St Ives and Penzance are still as lovely. Take a short ride to Porthleven and sample the steak at the "Harbour Inn" and travel out to the Lizard and eat at the "Witchball", a very busy pub but food worth the wait. Couldn't have asked for better weather. Sunshine everyday which made the scenery around here breathtaking. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday and letting us share your wonderful accomodation. This would have received 5 stars except for the mattresses which are the cheapest nastiest imaginable and ensured we got up early as it was too uncomfortable to lie in. If the owner spent about £600 two new quality mattresses this would be a really good home from home.

The Barn was a very very comfortable quiet "home" with all that was ask for, high up on a hill with a bootiful view of Brea village. Very rural yet easy to find and child friendly. Following the end of our stay in Round Island, I am writing to thank you (and Trinity House) for having made this accommodation available to the RSPB at a discounted rate. the RSPB would not otherwise have been able to afford such accommodation. The location was perfect as it minimised travelling time for RSPB residential volunteers and staff when running the public wathpoint at Southerly Point and monitoring this and other chough nests. The high quality of the accommodation made our stay enjoyable and was certainly greatly appreciated during the early part of the season when we carried out night shifts as part of the round-the-clock watches on nests in sometimes very cold and wet conditions. We found Lisa very helpful, efficient and responsive to our sometimes unusual requests!

Our first visit to sea breezes and it was a perfect holiday home. Great location, superb gardens teeming with wildlife and very well appointed accommodation.

This is a lovely 'cottage' in a fantastic location. The cottage has been recently fitted out to a high standard, a lot of the items are brand new, and has everything needed for a relaxing break. The view is amazing down the valley to the sea and the beaches at Seaton and Downderry are less than a mile away. We would hope to come back here soon.

A superbly situated, wonderfully spacious,bright & sunny house with every modern comfort. The children had a wonderful time in the huge garden playing with all the sports equipment supplied. The en-suite bathroom was superb as were the apparantly new sofas!. - a rare treat in a rental property. A great week.

A very comfortable, clean and tidy place. Delicious cake on arrival, the remains of which were useful on our walk the next day. Excellent weather, the last few days have been hot and sunny. As always the coastline of the Lizard is superb. The gardens are delightful; the dogs very friendly, but we can't take them home! They greated us at the gate everytime we arrived back. Good cottage, quiet location with easy access to everything the Lizard has to offer. The area has fantastic coastline to wander along with the dogs - ours loved to scramble and the beaches where they were allowed (most being out of bounds in daytime - 7pm which in turn is the only negative to Cornwall in general.) Top House (Lizard) and Ship (Porthleven) do good food and welcome dogs. Kitchen has all the useful bits including tupperware and lots of pans to make self catering just like home - almost. We did a mackeral fish from Porthleven Angling Centre and between the six fishing, caught 35 mackeral. The Lizard Cider Barn just down the main road does sanpler sessions, do try their Mead it is very moreish. Sue's tearoom or rather garden down a long farm track opposite the Cider Barn does a fantastic cream tea. Stayed here again this time for two weeks in May 2010. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The setting is superb, the owners are beginning to do work on the house, which will be a good improvement. We really enjoyed this place. When the work is finished we would really like to come again.

Have just returned from our "umpteenth" visit to The Winch House, Church Cove feeling very chilled and relaxed. Just the place to sit and watch the world go by (by that we mean the basking shark, the choughs, the gannets, and not many people - lovely!!) Roll on next year!!

Yet again a splendid time was had at Cosy Nook. We received a very generous welcome from Jackie and Richard, and of course the dogs "Bryher" and his new side kick " Heath" plus of course the customary cake. Jackie was not happy with the cake she had baked, but we can assure you that there weren't any crumbs left !! Hospitality second to none. A fun and interesting building in a truly stunning location. We were surprised and disappointed to learn on arrival that the building is split into two with two thirds of the ground floor converted into a working office. The office was in use by the son of the property owner all seven days of our stay, sometimes until eight at night. As with all such property conversions, the thin wall and floor meant that voices and ringing phones could be heard. Lie-ins and romantic meals are just not the same when you can hear a stranger's conversation and you suspect that they can hear yours! We feel that the property description is misleading in that it does not hint that the holiday property is adjacent to the owner's private accommodation. And that it is, in effect, a first floor apartment with ground floor kitchen and bathroom.

Mariner's cottage is ideal for a couple and very 'dog friendly'. It is small and cosy with a fantastic view. There is a parking space allocated for the cottage and so parking isn't a problem. If there has been any alteration with our booking or time of arrival, we have contacted the owner and she has proved to be both understanding and generous.

Dear John and Sue, We would like to say a big "Thank You" for making our holiday that extra bit special. The apartment is immaculate with all self catering needs required and the view over the harbour is great. Your attention to detail with the milk, biscuits and cake was most appreciated, especially after a long journey. Above all your warm and friendly personalities and the help and advice of places to visit have made for such a lovely time here. We do hope to see you both again in the future. What a fabulous spot. We have just spent an idyllic week in this cosy yet modern cottage. It is bright, comfortable and fully equipped, a true home from home.The garden is beautifully kept and the sea view and stream are the icing on the cake. There are plenty of local amenities and many picturesque walks on your doorstep. There are also plenty of nearby attractions to keep children of all ages amused. We would highly recommend this property and its location to anyone, We only wish that we could have stayed longer.

Just a quick “Thank you” for a most enjoyable and memorable time in Stones Throw – we so enjoyed our week’s holiday ! Obviously the glorious weather assisted somewhat, however that aside, we were so impressed with Mullion Meadows, the cheerfulness and great customer service we received from all the outlets there. Plus all the lovely dog friendly places we visited. Needless to say Henry (the dog) had the best of times with lots of walks on different beaches, the fact that we were all exhausted by the end of the holiday was due to being totally relaxed and letting go of all the stresses that normally fill out lives. The Wynnes - Bristol: 18/12/2009 -A heavenly honeymoon at Haven. Our perfect wedding day has been followed by a relaxing, indulgent and romantic stay. We arrived to waves crashing over the harbour walls 2 weeks ago but we were bathing in the sun at the Lizard yesterday while the BBC reckons the rest of the country is covered in snow. After rolling back from The Ship Inn, we've snuggled next to the fire. It's been a romantic, cosy and wonderful. What a great start to married life!

As soon as we entered Dean Haven in August 2009 we were met with tranquility. It was an oasis of calm and you had no choice but to give in and relax. It was clean, fresh bright and airy.There was everything you think of - all you needed to take was your suitcase and food. Nobody was there to welcome us but everyrhing had been left for our own Devonshire cream tea - milk, tea, scones, jam and clotted cream - a real treat. Great coastal and inland walks for all levels of fitness. Shop down the road sold eveything - their fresh local pasties were superb. Only disappointment was for us the week we were there eating out was not a success. Good or bad - no mobile or internet receotion - bliss for me, frustration for my husband.I'm glad I've had chance to write this review as I lost the comments sheet!

We stayed in the round house last year, we lasted one night, we wrote an honest review on this site, but you didn't release it. We don't trust your company to give reliable information about the accommodation and will not be using you again. We will advise our friends to be wary.

lovely cottage in an ideal situation for exploring the south of cornwall.we got lost going but the owner was very nice and gave us excellent directions. not the fault of owner or mullion cottages, should have gone by there directions and not googles.the cottage is very cosy and comfortable, thanks for the cream tea on arrivel it was fab. seal sanctuary only 10mins walk from cottage. the weather for january was cracking, able to sit outside on the beaches and at the lizard and lands end, thank you again for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The very welcome tea and biscuits on arrival made good first impression. It felt homely as soon as you walked through the door.

It was finished to an extremely high standard, was very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was there and more besides. The location was idea for us, 3 minutes from Poldhu and the tean and biscuits provided was a lovely touch which was much appreciated after a nightmare 10hr journey.

We stayed here just before christmas for our 30th wedding anniversary. the village was decorated so wonderfully, the cottage was very cosy, and idealy situated, could not be more central in the village, and easy walks to all the coves too. cannot reccomend this cottage enough....we just loved it !!!

A great place to stay. Managed some excellent long walks (in spite of the weather!) Revisiting places where Sarah spent all her childhood summer holidays. Wonderful accomodation for both us and the dogs, especially with its enclosed garden. Recommend the pasties from the Spar shop in Mullion and dinner at the South Cafe in Manaccan. The cottage is amazing and so much effort has gone into it. I hope that your cottage is always full of people and the business flourishes. We had a lot of storms but we just stayed inside the cosy cottage with the odd short walk with impressive seas!

Four of us stayed here in June 2009 and we wanted to report how great Godrevy is. Clean, tidy and absolutely everything provided that could be required for a great holiday in an amazing location with wonderful sea views. Most certainly somewhere we'd come back to.

Superb cottage and very well equipped, very clean and all we had hoped for. Always a pleasure to come 'home' to the warm and inviting cottage after our travels.

The changes we have seen in 35 years have been very good. The changes this last 12 months are fantastic. A special thanks to Nicola for the help she's given us in the last 2 weeks. We have had a relaxing time. All being well we shall see you in March 2010.

Spent autumn half term at Wolf Rock and it was really special. The most spacious and the most well-equipped holiday cottage I've ever stayed in. You just can't beat having your own tower!

We had a really brilliant holiday. Plenty of space for the children to play in the garden and lots of things to do in the woods like making rope swings and damming the streams. The house was extremely comfortable - lovely and warm and very well equipped. Two excellent televisions in the house with HQ pictures. Internet access very useful too as we could view the places of interest before we left. Very peaceful and central for for visiting cornwall. Cannot recommend highly enough. Newly converted and beautifully fitted out. Great base for exploring the surrounding area - lovely and peaceful. We were really lucky with the weather, so were able to sit outside in the lovely garden. Judith and David were always on hand if we wanted anything, and keen for us to share our views. Dog had a fabulous time too - even had some doggie treats in our welcome pack, which was a lovely touch.

We have had holidays in this part of Cornwall for the past 27 years and enjoyed every one but our week in Poltesco is definitely THE best. The location overlooking Poldhu Cove is fantastic and it was a dream come true to be able to sit and watch the huge waves for hours and also to hear the sea as we drifted off to sleep at night.The accomodation could not be faulted. The bungalow was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We were also impressed that Nicola took the trouble to visit us on our arrival and also just before we left to ask if everything had been to our satisfaction. We will definitely be back many times! Thanks Nicola and Ray for a wonderful holiday.

The highlight of this bungalow is the housekeeper Lorraine, who is extraordinary kind and always ready to help. I appreciated her very much, as I was staying for three weeks at Wynwallows.The house itself was rather disappointing because of its location among some unattractive houses. The furnishing is okay and the view on the sea is really nice.But you should be aware of the dark access at night.

The location of the Bowjy is fabulous for all tastes, spectacular coastal walks, easy to get to St. Ives and local beaches. The cottage itself is equipped with everything you need and more. 5* plus.

We have had a truly lovely time in Mullion and made so good by staying at Pepper Cottage. Fantastic cottage, made us feel totally at home. Well designed cottage, and one we are all in agreement the best out of 4 cottages so far!. I can highly recommend Mullion to turn middle age in!!

Absolutely fantastic week. Beautiful cottage. Kennack Sands great for kids-safe,clean beach with lots of rock pools to explore. Kynance Coves stunning. What a wonderful week in a beautiful house! We had a great time on the beach, in the surf and the caves at Kynance Cove ( one of the best 2 beach cafes in the world) and at Poldhu. The fresh pasties from the bakery (next to the electrical shop) are amazing! The whole family have loved it, even pony trekking in the pouring rain. Thank you very much and see you again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks, although the weather was mixed we always found something enjoyable to do!Our boys enjoyed lengthy snooker championships into the night....A well designed and furnished cottage which easily accomodates three generations.

We have had a most enjoyable two weeks- the weather has been excellent. Plenty to do in the area and we have found everyone very friendly in the village. Cottage very well equiped and very comfortable- thank-you!

A lovely holiday home in a fabulous scenic and quiet position and well placed for many coastal walks. We enjoyed very much the week we spent here and will surely return.The only thing I feel would improve this already well equipped holiday home would be either a 'pay' phone or an 'incoming calls only' phone as mobile signals are very weak and do not accomodate a conversation.p.s. Come rain or shine, and we had both, if you want somewhere to stay in West Cornwall which has all your home comforts then this is for you. It has all been wonderful, with homely touches on arrival which we were grateful for as we arrived so late. The only down side is the parking, but it would not stop us booking with you again.

Thank you for a warm welcome and the excellent standard of accommodation. Breakfasts and sundowners sat in the bay window looking over the harbour has been a memorable highlight. I cannot really think of any negative comments regarding our stay at No 16 (apart from the parking scramble which John and Sue are unable to rectify). The flat contains all the mod cons, is bright and spacious and the view from the lounge window across the bay is stunning. Perhaps the latter could be improved if some of the hanging fronds were opped off the palm tree so enhancing the view. We had a peaceful, restful stay and Falmouth itself has a lot to offer. I would recommend the flat to anybody and give it my full approval. T O'Carroll.

Clean, well maintained cottage with great views and welcoming owners. Welcome cream tea; a really nice touch.

Lovely bungalow, excellent loaction, quiet and peacefull. Interior spacious with lovely oak doors and floors, let down by shower that was dirty and tended to flood. Curtains in main bedroom needed new hooks as many were broken causing curtain to sag, carpet needed cleaning. garden furniture scruffy, problem with flys.

Lovely situation and nice cottage. Bathroom door needs replacing as very stiff to open/shut and it does not cover the doorway properly. Would have been nice if 2 seconds after arrival the owner had not have came over for the £10 electricity bill. We hadn't even took off our coats. She didn't ask about our journey or anything! Apart from this, a small, but nice cottage.

What a wonderful cottage and location, plenty of books and information in the cottage, it is a 15th century dwelling which after a recent conversion has lost none of it's charm and history, a perfect location for the unspoilt Cornwall

Have stayed at this property several times. Lovely place in a great location! Well decorated and comfortable, with easy access to the pretty harbour village with its pubs and restaurants. Good coast walk to Helzephron. Will be back!

Stayed at this lovely lodge for a week in June. Peace and tranquility was an understatement!! The owners who live underneath were very friendly and the lodge itself was fitted out to a very high standard and very clean and tidy. All in all a lovely time was had by both my husband and I.

Stayed here with another couple for whitsun week and had a lovely time. Walked for miles around the lovely coastal path and generally had a very relaxing holiday.The cottage was excellent, equipped with everything we needed and more besides. Very clean and tidy and the flowers and welcome pack received on arrival were very welcoming. If the weather was bad at any time, the views from the living room and especially kitchen windows were unsurpassable. We even think we saw seals while we were there. The resident seagull was fed well too!!

We all enjoyed the cottage for its comfort, cosiness and particularly the warmth with which we were received. The chocolate and the cake were fantastic although sadly i was excluded from the latter in the main by the children. Although the weather was not the best it was entirely what we were prepared for so we discovered many nooks and crannies which might have remained undiscovered otherwise. Most notable was the Minack Theatre, an incredible creation from one ladys idea. Dan's fishing trip was a big success with the children and the Cider Farm a big success with the adults. The Bowjy is very cosy, comfortably furnished and thoughtfully equipped. It is ideal for just relaxing in, or as a base for exploring the beautiful Cornish coastline, so much of which is within easy driving distance. We had a great week walking the cliffs and visiting Trerice and St. Michaels's Mount.

We would like to thank Jackie and Richard for a wonderful holiday at Cosy Nook. It’s a lovely place to stay and had everything we needed, a real ‘Home from Home’. We loved the garden and the children’s games were great too.The warm welcome we received, and then the continued friendliness of Jackie, Richard, Moss and Bryher, added that extra special something to our stay. I was pleasently surprised when I arrived at Surf Cottage and couldn't believe how close it was to the beach and harbour. I stayed for a whole week and had plenty to do. The house itself is very nicely decorated and more than big enough for 4 people. I will definately be recommending this property and location to many of my friends and family.

We have enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable cotage - and Cadgwith is a delight. Our week seems to have gone by very fast, special highlights were seeing a chough on the cliff close to the Devil's Frying Pan, and finding a lizard on the Lizard!We've been VERY happy here and hope to return for 2 weeks!

An absolutely fabulous property - a dream location away from it all and breathtaking views down to the sea. The cottage is newly done up and the owners keep it in an immaculate condition. I can't recommend it highly enough!

We visited last year for the first time and could not get it out of our minds. We tried, but we just had to accept that it was unforgetable. So contrary to our usual practice we're going back same week as last year. This could become a habit if we're not careful!

It has been a fantastic fortnight. The weather has been kind and we've enjoyed many a beach day at Poldhu - surf good too! Had a chance to explore the Roseland Peninsula on the non-beach days. an recommend the park and ride explorer ticket to St Mawes and the Helford ferry to Helford Passage and then a short walk to Glendurgan. Disappointed with location and condition of this property. Located directly behind large run down guest house, in the gardens, bungalow is in need of some general maintenance work and refurbishment, kitchen & bathroom very nice but not very clean. Windows in conservatory all rusted and do not open or close easily. Large garden is very overgrown, grass is approx 2ft deep.

Again very comfortable as last year. Will be booking again for 2010

We have just returned from a FABULOUS week in Falmouth, staying in the wonderful Harbourside Cottage.We took a boat trip out one morning and took this picture from the water. Harbourside cottage is the lemon house between the pale blue and grey houses that you can see above the trees on the left of the photo. I thought you might like to add it to the pictures on the property profile on your website as it shows you just how close to the harbour it really is and what a great position it's in. ... cottage excellent - will be back!

What a view! This cottage really is in the perfect location. We were a 2-3 minute (steep) walk down to the town centre but we could have happily sat and watched the boats in the harbour from our window all day! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. We've had a fantastic week. The only comment is that with our family car, it really was a very tight squeeze parking in the allocated parking space.

A true delight to stay in the cottage at the lighthouse-even with the foghorn!! Looking forward to a return visit.

Everything we needed was here along with many thoughtful extras and lovely furnishings.Thank you very much for the delicious cream tea on arrival. and milk.It has been really nice for the girls to play in the garden and across the way in the enclosed paddock, whilst still safely in view.Thank you Gerald and Pam for making us welcome, for lending the girls fishing nets, buckets, spades and other items and for the beautiful homegrown tomatoes and cucumber which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Fabulous location, beautifully maintained cottage with stunning views of the surrounding area. A peaceful retreat from busy life, yet with 21st century amenities such as Sky TV and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed a tasty and well presented meal at he Mount Haven Hotel in Marazion overlooking St Michaels Mount - well worth that special treat. Take advantage of sunbathing in the meadow or just relaxing on the veranda with long cool drinks. There is so much to see and do, you will need more than one trip to fit it all in !

Fairly well appointed - would be a bit of a sqeeze for 4 adults but fine for us. Sea view is partly restricted by another building but is still OK. Location is really good and a very pleasant and scenic stroll into Porthleven - also good access to coast walks

Superb accommodation, extremely clean and tidy, very spacious. Sea views great, decking area fantastic for the evening sun and a glass of wine. Almost totally secluded on the farm lane, play area great for the kids, very secure with the gates on the drive. 10 min walk to Poldu cove, (we timed it) which is perfect for youngsters. Would definately visit again.

This was our second visit to Cosy Nook and even before we arrived, we were so excited as we knew we were going to have yet another wonderful holiday. Many thanks to all at Mullion Cottages. We returned for our third visit to Smugglers Cottage on the 4/7. Lovely week in this stunning cottage. Now home, we have left our hearts in Cornwall.

Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet location close to town with a friendly & helpful host.

My husband and I stayed at the above 3-10th July 2009. The annexe was more spacious than we thought. Lovely accommodation, well equipped, set in tranquil surroundings with a charming host who was most helpful. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are excellent. The garden is good and we enjoyed sitting outside. The location is really good - a nice quiet location.

A great house - one of the best we have stayed in

Fantastic house! By far the best we've ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need (and more!) The attention to detail in the design and decoration of the house is second to none. Although there are no pictures of the outside, I can assure you it's as impressive as the inside. We were a party of 7 including 3 children. There was plenty to do in the area and we could easily have stayed longer. The Lizard villiage is beautiful too with more than enough to spend a day exploring. We will definitely make the long trip back, it is definitely worth it.

Our second visit,just as good this time around.Beaches st Poldhu and Polurrian great with two small children.Chocolate factory at Mullion meadows is irresistable,had to visit many times.Had a great week-will come back again.

Re Rosemullion House (below). The complaints made by the guests below have been rectified.

A nice house but very dated. Still got carpets in all bathrooms/toilets. Fairly clean but lots of things not satisfactory which is a shame because it accomodates 7 people and is near atttractions, a good walk to mullion with plenty of places to eat and drink and shop. During our stay the fridge in the kitchen was broken and had been for many a month judging by the rust on the bottom. We consequently had to throw food away and then found fridge in garage! not very convenient. But it was replaced on the last day of our stay. The heating of hot water is another problem-you need to boost if you need water for the evening. SHOWERS do not work except for the one next to garage. Promised replacement but still not arrived when we left. A shame because it could be superb. Spend some money and update would be the recommendation and not wait for complaints to get action.

The complaints identified by the guests below have been rectified and the hot water heating instructions made more clear.

Stayed at South View for the fourth time. Fabulous welcome received as usual, lovely caravan well equiped and clean. Perfect place to stay if you require a peaceful holiday. Views excellent. Can't wait for our next visit.

Just wanted to say what a lovely apartment Wynwallow really is. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, the owner has been very good to us. The view from the terrace is fantastic.

Beautiful location but very disappointed with the overall state of the bungalow! Unkempt and filthy!

Stayed here a number of times because we found Woodlands to be a perfect home from home! Made to feel especially welcome by the owners.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Tresweeta and we had a wonderful time. The property is within easy walking distance of Kennack Sands which our grandaughter really loved with it's gently sloping sandy beach. The property is very well appointed and had been built to a very high standard. However we were disappointed that one side of the house did not have a gate from the rear garden so the child had to be supervised when she was outdoors. Secondly the creaking floor upstairs in the property really needs to be fixed urgently especially when small children are staying. We would certainly recommend this property as it is in a superb location for visitng the Lizard Penisula and south west Cornwall

We've had a lovely fortnight with good weather and enjoyed our second stay at Cosy Nook with Jackie & Richard's usual warm welcome and hospitality, not to forget Bryher & Moss! Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Jackie & Richard, and ofcourse the dogs, Moss & Bryher; given a guided tour and then introduced to the 'Arrival' pack of tea, coffe, cake, fruit and flowers. Wonderful holiday cottage - a home from home, stunning scenery.

Having stayed in various holiday lets over the last 8 years in the Mullion area, this property must rank as one of the best ever ! The Hospitality, the Friendliness, the Comfort, and above all else the Welcoming is something you must experience. The owners were there to greet us, gave a tour of house and grounds (accompanied by the dogs), and to top this there was a welcoming tray of tea and coffee and a home baked cake plus a bowl of fruit and flowers. A truly friendly welcome. Jackie and Richard have a garden that you immediately feel at ease in, a very relaxing feature. My wife and I had an extremely enjoyable stay at Cosy Nook and are already planning a re visit this Autumn. Nigel and Val Barks

4 of us adults stayed here last week, and were really pleased with the property. It has everything you could need, and a spectacular view. Are wondering when we can arrange to come back. A little more info would have been useful, ie we found the instructions for all the appliances the day before we came home. Recycling info was lacking, BUT the place itself was really good.

Cottage was nice and the area was nice, very quiet and peaceful. We parked our car next to the cottage where there is a sign saying "parking for marinas cottage" and were later asked to move it further up the road because the owner wanted that particular space. Also the owner was a bit miffed because we arrived slighty early (after travelling for more than 7 hrs we just wanted to get settled) we had to pay the £10 electricity charge whilst we were unpacking. Overall we enjoyed the stay, but could have been treated more like a customer and less like a nuisance.

Have just returned from a week at this cottage. We were 4 adults and found the accomodation to be first class. The views are beyond compare. The house has everything that you could want. Would gladly return. The only negative comment I would make, is that there could be better instructions ie regarding refuse collection etc. We found the the instructions for the kitchen appliances on the day before we left. A simple letter of introduction could have made all this more simple. BUT this did not spoil our stay, and would recommend this to anyone.

We had a brilliant week and weather very hot! Creigan house is lovely and had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back - best cottage we've ever stayed in. Simply the best in all respects! Julie and Stuart, the owners both made us feel very welcome on arrival. The whole appartment has a very light, airy, homely feel to it, with fantastic sea views. The standard of cleanliness was immaculate, far better than many so called top London hotels! The property is set in large beautifully maintained gardens and a very peaceful semi-rural lane, just 10 minutes walk from Polurrian Cove and 10 minutes walk from the centre of Mullion with all its amenities. We cannot thank Julie and Stuart enough for helping to make this our best ever holiday in Mullion. I have just got back from a week's stay at Wolf Rock at the Lizard Lighthouse and had an excellent time! I just wanted to commend you for such fantastic accommodation which was both well equipped and spacious - all of us fell in love with the lighthouse at first glance and were even more pleased with our choice once we got inside. If there was one little tiny thing to comment about, is that for a family sized apartment, it could have done with another clothes horse... there was only one and five adults clothes take up a lot of room..especially when the weather can be so changeable - just a thought! All of the staff I have spoken to at Cornish Cottages have been really helpful and friendly - thank you again for such great service. We hope to visit Cornwall again soon and will definitely be using you again, as well as recommending you of course :)

Great welcome, with flowers to a fine apartment. Everything we needed was here and a great solid feel to all the fittings. Truro is an excellent centre. We visited St Ives, Padstow, Falmouth all within 30 minutes. Lovely boat trip to Falmouth. Food everywhere is so good, topped by a cream tea in Mousehole. We also sat and watched the tide come in and go out and the various water birds. Well rested and too well fed we leave intending to be back soon.

We have had a brilliant holiday what a fantastic house/garden! Lots of beaches & caves to visit. You must visit Kynance Cove it's amazing! Will definitely come here again. Thank you for a great holiday!

Our 5th summer here & what a difference! It is warm and comfortable. Still enjoy the evening sunsets from the headland. Recommended is The Mount Haven Hotel & Restaurant in Marazion for a superb meal. We hope to return next year.

Just returned from a fabulous week long break during the spring bank holiday week. The cottage was immaculate, I couldnt fault the cleanliness. It was spacious and had all the equipment you could possibly want. Even down to the loan of 2 fold away deck chairs ideal for the beach. The beds were probably the most comfortable I had slept in and we holiday in cottages every year. The kids loved the cottage and all in all ot felf home from home, The only downside was the heating. We were aware there was underfloor heating downstairs and the heating of the radiators stemed from the woodburning fire, however, upon arrival, we had no coal / wood to light to fire. If having known this, we would have purchased some prior to travelling. Also, lighting and keeping the fire alight proved to me quite a dirty and smelly task. The property would have benefited from gas central heating. Other than that, the location was ideal, weather fantastic and scenery beautiful. Thank you for a memorable relaxing break.

We are seasoned Mullion Cottagers (Cornish Cottages) and this is the best cottage we have stayed in. Thank you for all the little touches. We loved being part of the Porthleven community for a week and will struggle to leave but have nearly exhausted our funds on paintings, jewelry (Bijoux Beads are to die for!) and gifts to take home. So will save up again for next year! Thank you to whoever left the Seal Sanctuary vouchers. Much appreciated and we have returned the favour with some vouchers which we will leave. A wonderful place to stay, exceeded all our expectations. Amazing views and a great central point for walks around the Lizard. The books in the house were a real treat, something for everyone. One of the best holiday cottages we have ever stayed in and we hope to be back next year.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay thank you. The apartment is beautifully clean and well equipped. The only thing we missed was a portable radio - we love to wake up to radio 4! But the light and the views are fantastic. We loved the quiet of the bedroom and the spectacular light of the kitchen area. This was our first visit to Falmouth and we loved it - a great town for a holiday with almost too much choice when it comes to food - even for vegetarians! We feel we've only scratched the surface of the town and would happily return. We particularly enjoyed the boat trip to Malpas and would have done the Helford one too if time allowed. Thanks a lot!

Despite a rather wet and windy start, the week ended up beautiful and Grace and I have really enjoyed our stay at ' Cosy Nook' - a real home from home in lovely surroundings. We were particularly impressed with the warm welcome received fromm Jackie, Richard( and the two collies Moss and Bryher) . Great Cottage, Great Location, Great Weather = Great Holiday - Thank you!

This has been the best holiday in all of the twenty years we have been coming to the Lizard.

Fabulous two weeks, Creigan House is set in a lovely setting. Mullion cove and the area never disappoints - never want to leave. Browns from Newbury.

Back again after 4 years with a new addition. Elliot celebrated his 1st birthday here. The cottage and the views are as lovely as we remembered them. Recommend buying fish & chips from the Smugglers at the Lizard, eating them in the NT car park and watching the sun go down, Kynance Cove is still spectacular, though Poldhu may be better for young children. Have lunch and a homemade cake at the Porthmellin tea rooms just down in the cove. Walk off Anne's pasties by taking the bus to the Lizard and walking back to Mullion. We have never seen so much wildlife, butterflies, kestrels, a seal, a dolphin and an adder on the coastal path from Cadgwith. Hope to be back again. P.S only 1 wet day in 14 - going home with a tan. We stayed here last year. Everything was provided for our arrival right down to tea and coffee. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful and the owners are friendly and helpful. We were lucky in that no one was staying in the adjoining bungalow although it did not seem that this would have created any problem. I would recommend.

Once again - great holiday!Weather didn't keep us in - just a soaking on The Lizard headland! Look forward to next year all being well.Love to the dogs xx

Had a wonderful holiday, We thought the cottage was beautiful and more than we could of expected. It has been a brilliant, warmly place to stay especially with a dog and a young child. We would recommend The Witch Ball for food. Both pubs are welcoming and accept dogs and children day & night. The Coast coffee shop is lovely for a Cornish Cream Tea! Lots of coastal paths for long doggie walks with breath taking sceneries. We would definitely come back!

What a wonderful week we have had here. Fabulous cottage, with all home comforts. This was our first stay on the Lizard and it certainly won't be our last. Thank you so much Lisa for looking after the cottage so well. It was a pleasure to stay somewhere so clean!

Beautiful cottage with interesting historic detail, very comfortable home from home! Weather typically English, bright sunshine, windy to the other end of the spectrum, rain & fog - so we got to hear the foghorn. Lovely coastal walks, that our 2 dogs Dylan & Mondy enjoyed, as did we. Enjoyed an atmospheric evening with Morris dancers at the Witch Ball to finish off our quickly ending holiday week. Thank You.

A lovely stay in a comfortable cottage made better by a week of hot weather. We enjoyed the proximity to Kynance Cove and Kennack Sands for swimming and walks across the fields to Cadgwith for fresh fish and crab. We also enjoyed walking back from Mullion to Kynance on wetter days especially because of the wild ponies. Thank you for a great time and we hope to be back soon.
